Digital Pakistan Blog Redesign

This project reimagines the Digital Pakistan blog homepage with a cleaner, more modern interface. The original layout, while content-rich, felt dense and difficult to scan. My redesign introduces a card-based grid, stronger visual hierarchy, and improved responsiveness across devices. Although this is a mockup with placeholder content, it demonstrates how the platform can evolve into a user-friendly and credible digital presence.

Project Duration :

Problem :

The old Digital Pakistan blog was rich in content but hard to navigate:

  • Weak visual hierarchy → articles blended together.

  • Dense layout → little whitespace, overwhelming for readers.

  • Poor mobile responsiveness → cramped and inconsistent experience.

  • Outdated style → did not reflect the modern, credible vision of Digital Pakistan.

Solution :

I redesigned the blog to be modern, clear, and user-friendly:

  • Card-based layout for better readability.

  • Strong hierarchy: bold titles, subtle metadata, and clear excerpts.

  • Clean hero section with balanced spacing.

  • Responsive design optimized for mobile and tablet.

  • Collaborator logos arranged neatly for trust and consistency.

Challenge/Process:

  • Mobile optimization — making sure the blog is equally smooth on small screens.

  • Consistency — aligning typography, image ratios, and spacing across all sections.

  • No official content → had to use placeholder/demo text while still showcasing a realistic layout.

  • Balance between modern + formal → ensuring the design felt trustworthy yet engaging.

  • Handoff for developer → created mockups detailed enough for easy implementation.

Conclusion:

This redesign mockup demonstrates how the Digital Pakistan blog could evolve into a more user-friendly and credible platform:

  • Stronger visual clarity → easier scanning of posts.

  • Better user experience → especially on mobile.

  • Future-ready structure → supports scaling with more categories or features.
